COURAGEOUS CONVERSATION® is our award-winning protocol for effectively engaging, sustaining and deepening interracial dialogue.
Through our Framework for Systemic Racial Equity Transformation, we help individuals and organisations address persistent racial disparities intentionally, explicitly, and comprehensively. All sessions are moderated by our team of trained Equity Transformation Specialists.

Meet out Director
Director - Dr. Teresa De Fazio (MAICD)
Described as a ‘trailblazer for inclusion’, Teresa’s inclusion and equity experience is as diverse as IGP clients.
Teresa is a former Commissioner of the Victorian Multicultural Commission and remains a member of the VMC North-West Regional Advisory Council. She is a Board member for Zoos Victoria, Committee Member of the Order of Australia Association (Victoria), Advisory Committee Member for the Society for South Sudanese Professionals Association. She is the former Board member of Multicultural Arts Victoria– and the list goes on.
As a former academic and educational leader, Teresa brings evidence-based rigour to all initiatives.
Teresa has extensive expertise in working closely with Government, industry, community, NFPs, local and international agencies. Her approach is to ensure solutions are grounded in expertise, evidence and knowledge.
Teresa has received various awards, amongst which, she is a recipient of the Victorian Government Awards for Excellence in 2017.
Her qualifications include PhD (Education), Master of Arts (Applied Linguistics), Graduate Diploma of Education, Bachelor of Arts, Honours and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is plurilingual and an avid traveller.
Teresa is sought after for plenaries, presentations and commentary both locally and internationally.
